NSW Wentworth Jail Saltbush Darling meets the Murray
Saltbush in NSW along the Murray on road to Wentworth- the road from there to Renmark was closed due to rain but the view was flatter than this!
Tractors were used to build a levee to prevent a big flood of Wentworth in 1956
Aboriginals cut out a canoe from this tree many years ago.

Historical Architecture in Eaglehawk and Bendigo Gold mine town
Eaglehawk buildings have very spectacular polychrome brickwork with unusual patterns and specially moulded bricks. Whilst there is much nineteenth century polychrome brickwork throughout the state of Victoria, some of these designs are not reproduced elsewhere in the state. This was on the way home when we saw the sun too!

Golden Dragon museum and Chinese Garden Bendigo
The Chinese Gardens based on the Imperial Palace in Beijing, includes a Buddhist Temple, the Guan Yin Miao - Temple of The Goddess of Mercy.
Inside the temple is a statue of Kuan Yin, the goddess of mercy who holds a fly - whisk a symbol of authority and a pearl a symbol of purity and knowledge.
Golden Dragon Museum : the dragon -Sun Loong - is believed to be the world's oldest surviving imperial Chinese dragon in the world. It is over 110 years old and the longest - over 100 metres.
Chinese Bedroom - The museum depicts the cultural history of the Chinese in Bendigo since the gold rush in 1850s
